We know that if you want a place to workout, it's pretty easy to find a gym close to home to join for 10, 20 or 30 bucks a month. You have all the equipment you could ever want or need to get a great workout and even transform your body. So why do more than 70% of new's year resolutions engulf a goal to lose weight and get in shape only to fail within the first 3 weeks?

Because gym equipment and a membership is only a small piece of the puzzle. As fitness professionals, we know, and you probably do too, that getting healthy, losing weight and improving quality of life STARTS with changing nutrition habits. Joining a gym does absolutely nothing to change you. Although, your good efforts are there in the beginning, let's face it, if you're not extremely motivated by a super big WHY, you'll find every excuse under the sun to NOT go to the gym.

That's why we took all the pieces of the puzzle to creating healthy lifestyles and put them in ONE location. There are 3 steps to achieving the body and health you can have and deserve...

First:  Mindset -  See, even before good nutrition habits are adopted, you've got to have the right mindset. Ever heard the quote from Napolean Hill, "If you can conceive it, you can achieve it." ?

Sometimes we just have a hard time conceiving or believing in ourselves and that's why we have each other. One reason why we're so successful in helping people transform their lives is because we believe in them.  There's a reason why you are reading this and a reason why you want to change for the better. We will help you figure out your WHY because that's what will fuel you when you feel like quitting. Our minds, above all, is our biggest asset. That's why every single action, no matter how small, taken towards meeting your goal will be celebrated as a big achievement! And we'll take your excuses and replace them with reasons to move forward. We BELIEVE in you!

Second:  Nutrition - This is where we come in with accountability. Do you ever say, "I eat pretty healthy." or "I don't eat sweets."? Well, I can tell you, if you're overweight and out of shape, there's gonna be some cleaning up of the diet. Hippocrates once said, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food." See, at the root of our state of health comes down to how we feed our bodies.

It's not about being perfect in this area just becoming better at making choices and aware of what you're actually eating. So we have a few ways to help out here... First, we'll get an overview from you on what your diet is like for 3 days. Then we pay you a home visit to help "clean up" your kitchen. And I'm not talking about washing your dishes! Then we'll take a tour to the grocery store so you know HOW to create life changing habits in this area. Then, we'll show weekly recipe demos and food prep in our custom built kitchen! And to add to all of this, we'll plug you in to our member nutrition education app where you'll get the skinny in laymen terms about understanding basic nutrition. Once you know better, you'll do better! This program offers a certificate of completion and ongoing accountability with your coach on what you're eating with progress charts and pictures included. This app alone is worth a mint and comes to you for FREE when you join the family.

Third:  Exercise - This is the part where a majority of the public has it all wrong. Just being honest here. I can't tell you the countless number of folks I've seen walk or run on a treadmill to lose weight and that's it. That's a good start if you've been sedentary, but there has to be progression plus treadmills are boring! Strength training mixed with high intensity interval training is the key to changing your fitness level and the shape of your body. We believe in making fitness fun, so you can get ready to sweat, laugh, and build friendships in the process. Bob Basso said, "If it's not fun, you're not doing it right." That's why we take the time to create new effective ways to put the functionality of your body to the test!  And you won't find traditional exercise machines here. There are more than 1,000 different ways we can challenge you by using your own body weight, battle ropes, kettle bells, dumbbells, body bars, sliders, bosu balls, etc. You know... the cool stuff! The surprise of a brand new workout will be laid out for you every single day. Cheers!

Also, exercising alone is the quickest way to bail out. We'll quit on ourselves before we'll quit on our buddy and that's why our workouts are designed to be done in small groups. Not just any group, but a group that has the same goals and interest you have. A group that will be there to cheer on your success, to miss you when you don't show up and to lift you up when you feel down. The max amount of people in a single group will be 16 so we're not talking about masses amounts of people shoved into a small space. These are limited spots so our coaches can take the time necessary to deliver the highest quality coaching that you deserve!

If YOU don't get results, WE don't get results!

Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to read about our operation. In my sixteen years of being a trainer I often saw that people were paying for personal training thinking and hoping that it was the answer to getting healthier and/or losing weight. Although, their intentions were good, there were pieces missing that kept them short of reaching their goals. Those pieces were nutrition, accountability and motivation. If you've been a client of one-on-one personal training in the past, you may also have experienced a lull or disinterest in continuing to pay the high price with a trainer who you've probably grown to love. But it's hard to continue justifying to pay the high price with little results, right?

After years of training one-on-one with the frustration of getting my clients to "stick" to it, I finally found the recipe that works... Fit Body Boot Camp powered by our Nutrition accountability app. It's a simple & quick way to learn how to get your metabolism firing on all cylinders while making new friends in the process! I didn't say it was easy, I just said it was simple. And if we take the approach of making small manageable changes to our lifestyles, then it doesn't seem so far-fetched to regain control of our health and our physiques!

My passion is to pass on to others what I'm so passionate about...Wellness! Together we can make a difference in our communities and change the statistics of obesity. I want you to be able to live life to its fullest. The only way you can do that is if you are HEALTHY!
